You can easily edit the Fasting start time (it is available for now only for IOS users) in the app by following these steps:
Go to the Me tab, press the Settings icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and then choose Nutrition:
2. Tap Fasting plan:
3. Choose your Fasting plan and press Change eating time:
4. Please change the time for the First meal, Last meal, and Start by tapping them, then pressing Update:
Your fasting time will now be updated, and you can continue with your fasting schedule according to your new start time.
You can also change your Fasting plan using the Diary tab:
1. Go to the Diary and choose Intermittent fasting:
2. Tap You’re on the plan:
3. Select your plan and press Change eating time:
4. Please change the time for the First meal, Last meal, and Start by tapping them, then pressing Update.
