If you want to change the number of meals, ingredients, devices for cooking, restrictions, or adjust the start date of your Meal plan and rebuild it with other dishes and ingredients, use the Builder function (the feature is currently available only for Android users).
The Builder will help you to shape a new Meal plan suited to your current preferences.
To start creating your plan, tap “+” in the top right corner of the Meal Plan tab:
Choose Build custom plan:
Select the Start date. If you want to start later, choose the needed date from the calendar:
Check your Meal plan settings and correct them if you need to. Then tap Create.
You can change the initial information about your restrictions and allergies, meal preparation time, devices that you use for cooking, and meal number:
Choose the needed ingredients from our collection using categories or search, and tap Create:
Kindly note: if you didn’t find the needed ingredients, feel free to Send request to us to add them.
Press Overwrite:
Here it is! You’ve just built your own meal plan. The last step - swap some dishes if you need to.
We can also regenerate the plan for you according to your desired Meal plan settings.
In the Meal plan tab, press “+”, then choose Auto-generate.
Select the Start date and press Continue:
Check your Meal plan settings and correct them if you need to. Then tap Create.
Press Overwrite the plan:
Swap the meals if you need to, and finish the plan generating by tapping Continue.
You can also reuse your past plan.
Tap “+” in the top right corner of the Meal Plan tab and choose to Reuse my past plan:
Select the Start date and press Continue:
Press Overwrite the plan:
Swap the meals if you need to, and press Continue.
Please note: if you use the Builder function, you will need to rebuild your plan or reuse the past one again every week.
Also, note that you can change the start date and the number of meals only through the Builder. If you are already using this feature, changing the start date and the number of meals will not be available in the Me tab - Settings - Nutrition.
