My plan changed. How can I restore it to the previous version?

If you update your start date or enter a new weight, the Unimeal plan will be automatically updated to ensure that it remains effective and aligned with your current fitness goals.

Additionally, if you decide to redo the quiz, the Unimeal plan will also be updated to reflect any changes in your preferences or goals. 

Please keep in mind that once your Unimeal plan is updated, it is impossible to return to your previous plan.
