Protein bars: We recommend choosing low-carbohydrate protein bars without sugar in the composition (before buying, you must carefully check the ingredients). Usually, "sugar-free," "low sugar," and "low carbs" is written on the front side; these bars are ideal. The best sweeteners in bars are stevia and erythritol, but other sugar substitutes are also okay. You should eat only one protein bar per day as a snack.
