Let's say you follow your weekly plan: track your calorie intake, and do the workouts.
Where can you see how it is all going?
Go to the Me tab. The Progress section shows a timeline of losing weight if you previously logged your weight and exactly how much you have lost. There is a choice in time periods of the timeline - 7 days, 30 days, or a year.
Press Progress, and you will see detailed information on what your weight was on each day of tracking:
