To change the Fasting plan in the Unimeal app, do the following:
1. Go to the Me tab, press the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and then choose Meal plan:
2. Tap Fasting plan:
3. Choose your new Fasting plan and click Continue. It can be one of the Beginner plans (12/12, 13/11), Intermediate plans (14/10, 15/9, 16/8), or Advanced plans (17/7, 18/6, 19/5, 20/4, 21/3, 22/2, 23/1).
Your Fasting plan will now be updated in the app.
In your Meal Plan tab, you can choose the settings in the top right corner and also select the needed Fasting plan:
You can change your Fasting plan using the Diary tab.
1. Go to the Diary and choose Intermittent fasting:
2. Click the pencil next to My plan:
3. Choose your new Fasting plan and click Confirm. It can be one of the Beginner plans (12/12, 13/11), Intermediate plans (14/10, 15/9, 16/8), or Advanced plans (17/7, 18/6, 19/5, 20/4, 21/3, 22/2, 23/1).
