How do I change the start date?

Need to change the start date of your plan?

Go to the Me tab and click the gear icon: 

Press Meal Plan, then Start Day, and select a new start date. Kindly note that it cannot be set to a day in the past. 

You can also do it from the Meal Plan tab: 

Your plan will be refreshed entirely. 

❗️It is important to note that regenerating your meal plan with the new preferences means that if you have purchased food according to a previous shopping list, the items may no longer match the updated meal plan. In this case, it is better to use the Swap feature, or we can offer you substitutions.
