If you have accidentally tracked a meal, you can easily remove it in two different ways.
First, you can click on the green checkmark located in the Today's meal section (this method is for iOS users). Then press the Delete button near the dish:
Another way to remove a meal is to click on the Undo log in the Meal Plan:
It's important to note that removing a meal from your Diary will also adjust your daily calorie and macro intake accordingly.
