If you have previously been offered a subscription freeze, please keep in mind that once the pause period ends, your subscription will resume automatically.
If you want to cancel your subscription at the end of this period, you can do it from your Unimeal account. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid an added charge.
To cancel the subscription, follow these steps:
1. Click on this link (or visit our website and follow this path: Top-right menu → My account→ My Subscription).
2. Enter the registered email associated with your account and press Continue:
3. You will see information about your current subscription after logging. For cancelling, select Cancel my subscription.
If less than 24 hours have passed since the start of the pause period, you can see the message "Information about your subscription is updated every few hours". Just wait a bit, and the cancellation button should appear.
The button may also be absent if you have already cancelled the subscription. In that case, a cancellation confirmation email has to be sent, and you can search for this email in the mail and spam. Then you can be sure of the cancellation.
Also, remember that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Subscription fees will apply automatically regardless of whether or not you use your subscription.

I can't find cancel subscription.Rather they say it's not active, but why? Please I need to cancel my subscription. Under My account I can't see any subscriptio cancel option
