Cancelling your subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your current period.
Subscriptions should be cancelled at least 24 hours before your next billing date if you do not wish to continue. We are unable to provide refunds for subscriptions that have not been cancelled within the required time.
The way of cancelling the subscription depends on where you purchased it (or signed up for a free trial). Please select the place of your purchase below:

If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial on the Unimeal website:
1. Click on this link (or visit our website and follow this path: Top-right menu → My account → My Subscription).
2. Enter the email associated with your account and press Continue. Please make sure to check that the email you use to log in is the one you used to sign up for the subscription.
3. After logging in, you will see information about your current subscription. Click on Turn-off auto-renewal, and then select the reason for cancellation.You can see the message Your subscription information is updated every few hours. Please wait up to 24 hours, and then the Cancel button will appear.
If your subscription has already been cancelled, it will be in an inactive status in your profile. Please note that you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your current period. You will also see the Renew my plan button.
To avoid the next charge, you should cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the current subscription period.

If you purchased two subscriptions:Please note that if you have two active subscriptions, you can cancel one of them separately and keep the other active. Each subscription has its own cancel button, and cancelling one does not cancel the other. If you want to cancel all your existing subscriptions, you need to cancel each of them separately.
Just click Turn-off auto-renewal under the subscription you want to cancel.After that, only one subscription will remain in the Active status in your profile.

You can cancel a free trial or a subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings.To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or the then-current subscription period.

❗️If you don't see your subscription in the list of subscriptions on your App Store or Google Play, it means that you likely purchased it directly through our website. In this case, select Unimeal website as your place of purchase above in this article and then follow the cancellation instructions.
After cancelling, please bear in mind that while you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle, you will no longer have access to any of the content within the Unimeal app once your subscription has expired.
Also, note that deleting the app or unsubscribing from the newsletter does not cancel your subscriptions. Subscription fees will apply automatically regardless of whether or not you use your subscription.
