The first piece of advice we can offer is never to skip drinking water 15-20 minutes before eating. And in general, just drink more water. Often hunger is a hidden thirst.
Also, try to eat slowly and chew food carefully. And if you are hungry between meals (between breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner) - you can drink tea and eat 10 pcs of almonds/hazelnuts (this can be done 1 time per day).
If you are hungry in the evening - you can eat 1 boiled egg white, wrapped in a leaf of salad (or egg white and 1 cucumber) or drink tea again. If you are vegan, you can replace egg white with 30-50g of tofu wrapped in a leaf of salad.
In addition, if there is always a feeling of incompleteness after eating, adding many different aromatic spices like cinnamon, ginger, coriander, herbs, pepper, etc., will help.
