How will I get my plan?

After completing your plan purchase, you will receive a greeting email with a link to download our app. Please note that we don't send plans to email. 


To access your personalized meal plan, follow these steps:

  1. Download the mobile app by clicking on the appropriate link based on your device's operating system:

    - For iOS devices, visit the App Store.

    - For Android devices, visit Google Play.  

    Before you download the app, please make sure that your device meets the minimum operating system requirements of Android 6.0 or higher and iOS 13.6 or higher.

  2. Once the app is installed, open it on your device. On the initial screen, select "I already have an account".

  3. Next, choose "Continue with email" to proceed with the login process. Make sure you are entering the correct email previously used for registration

  4. You will be prompted to enter a code to access the app. Use the code which you will receive in an email. 


By following these steps and logging in with the provided email and code, you will gain access to your personalized meal plan through our mobile application.
You can find your plan in the Meal Plan tab.
