Among other plans, we also offer a High Protein plan, which is built around foods rich in protein. Adequate protein intake supports muscle maintenance, aids recovery after activity, and helps you stay full for longer. Combined with vegetables, healthy fats, and a moderate amount of carbohydrates, it offers a balanced approach that can fit into your daily routine.
