Our meal plan can be used while breastfeeding.
Here are some of our recommendations:
- Drink more liquids (not only water, but tea, especially tea with milk or cream. It can be green, black, or herbal).
- Using the Swap option, choose snacks and breakfasts that include bananas.
- All breastfeeding mothers need to have a plan with the workout level set at 3+ times a week (so that the plan has more calories).
Do not worry; everything will be fine with lactation while using our plan, as we do not offer a restrictive diet. Please check the main principles of our nutrition plan.
