Is the meal plan suitable for breastfeeding women?

Our meal plan can be used while breastfeeding.

Here are some of our recommendations:

  1. Drink more liquids (not only water, but tea, especially tea with milk or cream. It can be green, black, or herbal).
  2. Using the Swap option, choose snacks and breakfasts that include bananas.
  3. All breastfeeding mothers need to have a plan with the workout level set at 3+ times a week (so that the plan has more calories).  

Do not worry; everything will be fine with lactation while using our plan, as we do not offer a restrictive diet. Please check the main principles of our nutrition plan.
