Our meal plan can be used while breastfeeding. Here are some of our recommendations:
- Drink more liquids (not only water, but also tea, especially tea with milk or cream. It can be green, black, or herbal tea).
- Using the 'Swap' option, choose snacks and breakfasts that include bananas.
- All breastfeeding mothers need to have a plan with the workout level set at 3+ times a week (so that the plan has more calories).
Do not worry, everything will be fine with lactation while using our plan as we do not offer a restrictive diet. Please check the main principles of our nutrition plan.
