We do not recommend cutting out carbohydrates.

The carbs in the meal plan are calculated based on your BMI and goals. The daily norm of carbs intake is 2.5-3.5 gr per 1kg of body weight. 

All carbohydrates offered in our plans are complex and slowly digested; they make the diet perfectly balanced and supply the body with enough energy. Consuming fewer carbs than needed will cause feelings of hunger and sugar cravings.

Our plans contain all products with a low or medium glycemic index, we do not use sugar and even honey in recipes (just in a couple of meals), and all diets contain a large amount of fibre and healthy fats.
