Kindly be informed that our program is perfect for pregnant women as it's based on the core principles:

  1. It contains lots of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, and nuts. They are rich in fibre, keep you full longer, and nourish your body.
  2. We replace heavy fats with those easier to digest: fish, olive oil, and avocado. Healthy fats are extremely important while pregnant.
