Can I have fruit for dessert after every meal?

You cannot eat fruit/dessert after each meal, but you can eat it after breakfast OR lunch (i.e., only once a day).

If you want a dessert, you can swap and choose sweet breakfasts and sweet snacks (if your diet includes snacks).

If your plan has no snacks, you can change the number of meals to 2/5, and there will be an option for choosing sweet snacks.

You should pay attention to the amount of sugar a particular fruit contains. We recommend eating apples, kiwis, lemons, grapefruit, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
