You can either track meals from your generated Meal plan or log custom dishes and foods from the Unimeal catalogue. You can also add your own dishes using the functionality of Custom entry.
Please select your operating system to view detailed information:
- To access the Custom entry feature, press “+” on the main panel:
Choose Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, or Dinner:
You can search for alternative dishes and foods using the search field. Press "+" if you find what you're looking for:
Or you can press Custom entry and log your own dish that you've eaten. Describe it, and press Add:
It will appear in your Meal tracker among the other dishes. Make sure you reach your daily calorie intake and macros (carbs, proteins, and fats) when you add your own meals.
Please note that when you add a dish here using the search or Custom entry, it does not appear in your Meal plan. If you want to change a dish for one of your meals in the Meal plan, you should use the Swap feature.
The Uniplan button shows calorie intake and macros and the serving size.
If you previously added a dish from the search, by pressing Uniplan, you can change the number of servings. Don't forget to press Update after changing:
These changes in the servings and the corresponding number of calories will be shown in the Calorie tracker:

You can log custom extra meals in the Diary tab (up to 3 meals per day).
To do that, tap Log extra meal:
Find the meal or food you ate using the search field.
Tap Log meal:
The logged meal will appear in your Diary.
To see the number of calories, proteins, carbs, and fats, click on the meal:
You can also change the number of servings here. Enter the needed number and click Update:
You can press Custom entry and log your own dish (not from our collection) that you've eaten. Describe it, and press Log meal:
To delete the meal from your tracker, click the bucket icon:
