Please ensure you enter the correct email address used for registering the Unimeal account.

Also, check all email addresses attached to your PayPal, Apple, or Google account because the letter with a code can be routed there. 

Go to your Spam Folder in the mail. If the letter is there - mark the Unimeal address as "Not Spam".

If the code still hasn't arrived, please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.
