I don’t eat gluten. How to substitute the meals in my plan?

If you have a gluten intolerance or preference to avoid gluten, you can contact our Support team to update your plan according to your meal restrictions. 

Note that you can use Swap or Custom recipe options to search for alternative recipes or create them. 

Also, you can add your own meals or ingredients using the Custom entry feature. Make sure you reach your daily calorie intake and macros (carbs, proteins, and fats) when you add your own meals.
