If you want to try сonsuming foods during a specific time window and avoiding food or fasting for the remaining hours each day, use our feature Intermittent Fasting.
Go to the Diary tab and press Intermittent Fasting:
Then read information about Fasting and restrictions, press Continue, and then Got it:
Choose your Fasting plan. It can be one of the Beginner plans (12/12, 13/11), Intermediate plans (14/10, 15/9, 16/8), or Advanced plans (17/7, 18/6, 19/5, 20/4, 21/3, 22/2, 23/1). Tap Continue:
Set up a convenient time for your first and last meals:
You can edit your start fasting time if you need to:
Tap Start fasting:
Choose your start time and tap Confirm:
Finish the setup by clicking X in the top left corner:
Your time tracker for Fasting will appear in your Diary.
To end your fasting, tap Finish fasting and then End fasting:
Confirm the time at which you finished fasting and click Save. On this page, you can also indicate how you feel after fasting.
You will see your fasting history. You can delete or edit previous entries. Click Got it.
