Please select your operating system to view detailed information about tracked meals in your Diary:
- In the section Today's meal, your eaten meals will be checked by a green tick if you press Log meal near them in your Meal plan, or if you click "+" here in the Diary tab:
If you track one of the meals, it will also be displayed in the Calorie tracker.
Choose one of the tracked meals. Here, you can tap Uniplan and see more detailed information about this dish:Also, here you can untrack your meal or use Custom entry.
- At the top of the Diary tab, you can see the calorie tracker for the day:
It displays the number of calories eaten and calories left after you log meals in the Meal Plan tab and log extra meals.

You can log extra meals below in the Diary tab (up to 3 meals per day).
To do that, tap Log extra meal:
Find the meal or food that you ate using the search field. Also, you can use the Custom entry feature here.
Tap Log meal:
The logged meal will appear in your Diary.
To see the number of calories, proteins, carbs, and fats, click on the meal:
You can also change the number of servings here. Enter the needed number and click Update:
To delete the meal from your tracker, click the bucket icon:
