There is a popular term “CICO” in weight loss, which means “calories in, calories out”.
While it is not a specific diet, it is a generally accepted concept that creating a calorie deficit leads to weight loss. Eat fewer calories than you burn during the day and voila! As simple as that.
In the Unimeal app, you can see your calorie norm - the number of calories you have already eaten and the number of calories left - at the top of the Diary tab.
Here you can also see the numbers of proteins, carbs, and fats and their norms.
We suggest tracking your meals accurately to see if you fall within the acceptable range and can expect to lose weight soon.
